Delete your RafikiHPress account

RafikiHPress uses a free HostRafiki account. If you would like to delete that account and the personal information we hold about you, request it below. We will email you a link to confirm that it is really you, and the deletion is done the moment you confirm.

Important

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your WordPress sites and their content are not touched: we never stored them.
  • Anonymous usage counts are kept, with no link back to you.
  • Every device you are signed in on is signed out.

We send the confirmation link to this address. It works whether you signed up with a password or with Google.

Kept only as an anonymous count, never linked to you.

What is deleted

  • Your HostRafiki account: name, email address and password hash
  • The list of WordPress sites you connected (address and name only)
  • Every sign-in on every device
  • Your usage records: they are anonymized, so they no longer point to you

Prefer email?

If you can no longer use the email address of your account, write to officialhostrafiki@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we reply within 7 days.
