Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use HostRafiki Services to:

• Engage in illegal or criminal activities
• Host or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Conduct phishing, spamming, or unsolicited mass communications
• Interfere with other users' access or HostRafiki infrastructure
• Upload, post, or share inappropriate or offensive content

• Users must maintain secure passwords and account information
• Unauthorized access or exploitation of HostRafiki systems is prohibited
• Users must report security vulnerabilities to HostRafiki immediately

• Users must adhere to plan limits (storage, bandwidth, CPU usage)
• Excessive resource use that negatively impacts other clients is prohibited
• HostRafiki may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts violating resource policies

Shared hosting accounts may not be used for high-intensity computing tasks, such as cryptocurrency mining or running continuous background scripts that impact server stability for other users.

• No sending of spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or phishing attempts
• Email accounts must not be used for abusive or fraudulent purposes
• Violation may result in account suspension or termination

All outbound emails must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent international regulations.

• Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws
• HostRafiki may cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required

HostRafiki reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy
• Remove content or data that violates the AUP
• Restrict access to services if necessary for network integrity

Violations of this AUP will result in an immediate investigation and may lead to service suspension or termination without refund.
